We are seeking a Commercial Security Sales Representative to add to our growing team. The ideal Candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in security, technology, or related fields.

This role focuses on the Charlotte – Mecklenburg market to Western Carolina and involves delivering cutting-edge electronic security solutions to commercial clients. This position reports to the Commercial Sales Manager and combines strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and technical know-how to help businesses safeguard their assets and people.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial sector.
Conduct site assessments and develop customized security solutions.
Present and sell security systems including access control, surveillance, intrusion detection, and monitoring services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to client needs.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.

Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in security, technology, or related fields.
Strong understanding of commercial security systems and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent experience in sales or security technology will be considered.
